Ivy Rx Refer-a-Friend Program — Terms and Conditions

By participating in Ivy Rx's Refer-a-Friend Program (the "Program"), you agree to these terms, along with Ivy Rx's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

How it works

Share your referral link with friends. When someone you refer ("Referee") completes their first successful transaction on ivyrx.com after using your link, you and your Referee each receive Store Credit Rewards.

Qualified Referral

A first successful transaction by a Referee who arrived at ivyrx.com via your referral link. Ivy Rx charges new customers only after a clinician has independently reviewed the customer's intake and determined a prescription is appropriate; the transaction is considered complete when that charge is successfully processed. Clinical decisions are made solely on medical criteria and are separate from the Program. Only one Qualified Referral counts per Referee.

Store credit has no cash value, can't be combined with other offers, and can't be sold, transferred, or applied to past purchases. Store credit expires 12 months from the date of referral.

Eligibility

Open to individuals 18 or older, U.S. residents. Referrer must be an existing, valid Ivy Rx customer. Not available to businesses, affiliates, or for lead generation. Referrer and Referee can't be the same person or household.

Fair use

Referral links must be shared personally, not through bulk email, spam, or automated distribution. Ivy Rx may close accounts, withhold rewards, or take other action for fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms or applicable law.

Program changes

Ivy Rx may modify, suspend, or end the Program or these terms at any time. Unclaimed store credit is forfeited if the Program ends.

Privacy

Information collected through the Program is handled under Ivy Rx's Privacy Policy.
